Yes, why not, we will not keep you waiting we will collect your bike as soon as possible and return it within 48-72 hours after the required service.
At which time you can collect my bike?
Our service of collecting the bike is available 7 days a week. The most suitable collecting slots start from 9 am-1 pm or 1-6 pm. So, if you want to avail our services of our AM and PM bike collecting services then let us know. We will try our best in accommodating our clients in every possible situation.

We know that we have a multitalented team but sorry we can’t do things on the same day. Besides that, we can provide you the courtesy bike services. What you have to do is just give mention your courtesy bike on our booking list. So we can arrange for you as soon as possible.
Do the bike parts include in the services price?
Everything that you read in the services list is included in our price rate. However, additional parts and labor are charged differently.
Do you need to get extra work or parts on your bike?
We carry out safety checks on every bike before servicing. Through this check, if we find any other problems with your bike, we will inform you and we will not do anything without your consent.
How do I connect myself with your services if I need any additional work?
After a safety check of your bike, our advisor will call you and if he didn’t find you on call you will receive a notification that we have sent you and request you to stay in touch with us. You know. This method is beneficial for you as you can ask a question from our experts and get professional advice too.
Do I need to follow all the recommendations of the mechanics?
We never pressurize and force our clients about selecting our services. If our experts are saying that some parts need to repair, then it means there is some issue. You have the option to check our servicing list and if you find our rates reasonable then you can buy and fix up. Thus, if you buy from us then we can fix up certain parts free of cost as well. Are you worried about the warrantee of our parts? Then please relaxed. We know that you are investing in our company, and we will never compromise on our product quality. We have authorized suppliers that come with a full warranty, and we passed these products from several tests to know about their worth. If any of the online parts are counterfeit, then sorry we will never fix it.

What is your payment method?
After your online booking, you can pay upfront for the service price but if you need any additional work that is necessary as well. Then you have the option to pay its charges directly or through the sent link.
